In order to maximise the impact of their consulting services business operating on a global basis with services like Managed Security Services and the iDefense Security Intelligence Service, VeriSign needed to a more proactive approach to working and communicating with partners in the area. Sine Qua Non was asked to develop a number of initiatives as integral elements of the global partner programme aimed opening and structuring communication with a growing partner base. We developed a number of communication vehicles including a partner portal with access to all sales and support collateral and a partner guide to detail the key elements of the partner programme.
