Now part of Hewlett Packard, Tower Software developed and sold a leading document and records management system called TRIM which let organisations capture, manage, access and make more secure enterprise information, from electronic to physical records and from creation to ultimate disposal.

With a scarcity of suitably qualified marketing resource to support a new business imperative to grow the channel business in Europe through a new Business Partner Programme, Tower Software outsourced channel marketing activity and the delivery of the programme to Sine Qua Non. Activities included the production of a comprehensive channel marketing plan, the creation, writing and design of a Partner Programme Guide, the specification, build and management of a Partner Portal, the integration of the programme into the existing Tower Software website, the set up of processes and guidelines to enable co-operative funding, joint campaigns and co-branded collateral and the organisation of the first ever Tower partner campaign from strategy through to implementation.
